Wig Purchase & Service Terms and Conditions( Please read carefully before signing ) .
- Refund & Return Policy
.All wig sales are final once the wig leaves the shop .
.Refunds are not allowed after purchase .
.Exchanges may only be considered within 24 hours ifntye wig has not been worn ,altered , washed or damaged .
.Custom - made wigs are non - refundable and non -?exchangeable m.
.Deposits for custom wigs are non- refundable.
.Any service concerns related toma purchase wig must be reported within 6 months of purchase .
. After 6 months from the purchase date, no returns , repairs , or claims will b3 accepted.
2. Hair Remake/ Repair Policy
.Remake or repair services are only available for wigs originally made by our shop .
.Customers must inspect the wig at pick up and confirm satisfaction before leaving .
.Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of collection.
.Normal wear and tear , improper handling, or customer damage are not covered.
.Additional charges may apply for remakes caused by customer misuse.
.Remake requests are only valid within the 6 - month service window.
3. Wig Washing & Handling Agreement
.Customers must confirm that the wig represented for washing or service is their own .
.The shop is not responsible for wigs without proper identification.
.Customers must inspect and sign to confirm wig details before service.
.We are responsible for pre - existing damage , shedding , or weak lace e.g holes and tearing .
NB : take a picture of any existing hole for evidence.
.Washing and styling involve normal risk; delicate wigs are handled carefully but at the customer 's acceptance of risk.
4 . Collection & Storage
. Wigs must be collected within 14 days after service completion.
.Uncollected wigs may attract storage fees
. The shop is not responsible for wigs left beyond 30 days.
