Wig Purchase & Services  Terms and Conditions( Please  read carefully before signing)

1 .Refund & Return Policy  

.All wigs sales  are final once the wig leaves the shop .

. Refunds are not allowed  after  purchase  .

.Exchanges  may only be considered  within  24 hours if the wig has not been  worn , washed  , altered  or damaged  .

.Custom - made  wigs are  non - refundable  and non - exchangeable. 

. Deposits gor customs wigs are non-refundable .

. Any service  concerns  related  to a purchase  wig must  be reported within  6 months  of purchase.

.After  6 months  from the purchase  date , repairs or claims will be  accepted. 

2. Hair Remake/ Repair  Policy  

. Remake  or repair  services are only  available  for wigs  originally  made by  our shop .

. Customers  must inspect  the wigs at pick up   and  confirm   satisfaction  before leaving  .

.Any  concerns  must be  reported within  48 hours of collection. 

.Additional  charges  may apply  for remakes caused  by customer misuse. 

.Normal  wear and tear , improper handling , or customer damage are not covered. 

.Remake requests are only valid  within the 6 -month  service  window. 

3. Wig Washing & Handling  Agreement 

. Customers must confirm  that the wig  presented  for washing or service  is their own .

.The shop is not responsible  for wigs without proper  identification but.

. Customers  must inspect and sign  to confirm  wig details before  service. 

.We are not responsible for  pre -existing  damage, shedding,  or weak lace e.g holes and tearing. 

NB : take a picture  of any existing hole for  evidence. 

.Washing  and  styling involve normal  risk;delicate wigs are  handled carefully but at the  customer 's acceptance of risk. 

 

Collection &Storage 

.Wigs must be collected  within 14 days after  service  completion.

. Uncollected  wigs may attract storage fees .

.The shop  is not responsible for wigs  left beyond 30 days .
